Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products include highly specialized, custom-machined forged wheels built entirely to your vehicle’s specific fitment specifications, our return policy differs significantly from standard off-the-shelf retail items. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
CUSTOM-MADE AND FORGED PRODUCT DISCLOSURE
All Fuel Forged Wheels are custom-machined from raw 6061-T6 aluminum blocks upon receipt of payment.
Final Sale: Once custom machining, CNC cutting, custom polishing, or multi-stage powder coating has commenced, the order is considered custom-made and is 100% Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable, and Non-Exchangeable.
Fitment Responsibility: The customer or their designated installing shop is entirely responsible for providing accurate vehicle data (year, make, model, suspension lift height, and desired offsets). We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for wheels that do not fit due to inaccurate information provided during the checkout process.
CANCELLATION WINDOW AND FEES
We understand that plans can change. We offer a strict tiered structure for order cancellations based on the production phase:
Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: You may cancel your order for a full refund, minus a 3% financial processing fee charged by our merchant payment gateway.
After 24 Hours (Before Machining Begins): If engineering blueprints have been drawn but manufacturing has not yet started, cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative and engineering fee.
Once Production Begins: No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances once the raw aluminum billet enters the CNC machining phase.
THE “TEST FIT” RULE (CRITICAL BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES)
Once a tire is mounted to a wheel, the wheel is automatically deemed used and is completely ineligible for any return, exchange, or store credit, regardless of circumstances.
Before mounting tires onto your new Fuel Forged wheels, you or your professional installer must perform a physical test fit on the vehicle:
Lift the vehicle safely and remove the factory wheel.
Mount the bare forged wheel onto the front and rear hubs.
Hand-tighten a few lug nuts to hold the wheel flush against the rotor.
Check for absolute clearance against the brake calipers, suspension control arms, tie rods, and body panels.
Spin the wheel slowly by hand to ensure there is zero contact or grinding.
If you notice a fitment discrepancy during the bare-wheel test fit, contact our customer support team immediately. Do not mount tires.
FREIGHT SHIPPING DAMAGE AND CLAIMS
Custom wheel packages are heavy, high-value shipments delivered via palletized freight lines (LTL) or secure courier networks.
Inspection Upon Delivery: You must thoroughly inspect the external packaging and the physical wheels before signing the freight delivery receipt.
Notating Damage: If you notice any scuffs, dents, deep scratches, or bent lips caused by the shipping carrier, you must note “DAMAGED” on the driver’s bill of lading (BOL) and refuse the shipment if the damage is catastrophic.
Reporting Window: Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately. You must report shipping damages to our support team within 48 hours of delivery at our official support email. If you sign the delivery receipt clean without noting damage, we cannot file a claim with the freight company, and your return claim will be denied.
ACCESSIBLE RETURNS FOR STOCKED ACCESSORIES
For standard, non-custom stocked items (such as un-machined center caps, loose lug nuts, valve stems, or merchandise), we offer a traditional return structure:
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of tracking delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be 100% brand new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original factory packaging.
Restocking Fee: All approved stocked accessory returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
WARRANTY AND FINISH CLAIMS
Structural Warranty: Our forged wheels carry a structural warranty ensuring against manufacturing defects in the structural integrity of the aluminum. This does not cover damage caused by curb rash, off-road impacts, accidents, or utilizing tire sizes outside industry-standard load and stretch limits.
Finish Warranty (Polished Wheels): Raw, mirror-polished aluminum wheels do not feature a protective clear coat. They are prone to natural oxidation and staining if exposed to salt, moisture, or brake dust. Because polishing requires ongoing manual maintenance, we offer no warranty on raw polished finishes.
Finish Warranty (Painted/Powder Coated): Custom painted or clear-coated powder finishes carry a 1-year limited warranty against clear coat peeling or lifting under normal operating conditions. This warranty is voided if harsh chemical wheel cleaners or acid-based washes are used.
HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM OR RETURN
To submit a fitment issue, shipping damage report, or accessory return request:
Attach clear, high-resolution photographs of the issue (e.g., bare wheel clearance issue, freight damage, or accessory condition).
If an accessory return is approved, you will receive a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Packages sent back without an active RMA number will be rejected at our warehouse dock
